My Account

You can manage your Viewabo account under our settings menu on the top right bar.

To manage your plan, subscription, and billing, visit our Plans & Billing guide.

To add seats to your existing subscription:

1. Access your account settings on the top right. 
2. Click on the Billing page.
3. Click “Purchase more seats” on the right hand side of the Billing page, under “Licensed Seats”
4. Select how many additional seats you’d like to purchase. 
5. Finish checking out. Upon successful payment, the checkout will bring you back to your Billing page, where you’ll be able to confirm the total number of subscribed seats. 

Remember: assigning or activating a user’s licensed seat allows them to utilize Viewabo Live. Any and all users can use Viewabo Request.

To view your invoices: 

1. Access your account settings on the top right. 
2. Click on the Billing page
3. A list of your invoices will be displayed under your current subscription information. You can sort by invoice # and date. 
4. To view a specific invoice, click on “download” to download a PDF.
